Exchange and Refund

At Zonta, we stand by the quality of our sneakers. If your order isn’t the right fit, we offer hassle-free returns, exchanges, and store credit options to ensure you get the perfect pair. 

Since our sneakers are made in limited releases, we follow a 7-day return policy and a 7-day exchange policy to keep things fair and smooth for everyone.

Returns & Refunds (7 Days)

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your sneakers for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus shipping fees).

  • Sneakers must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging included.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs, unless the shoe is defective. 

  • Any sneakers showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

  • International orders are not eligible for refunds—store credit or exchanges only.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit (7 Days)

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Size exchanges available (based on stock availability).

  • Store credit is available for future purchases.

  • Sneakers must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging included.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items (7 Days)

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item free of charge.

  • Photo verification of the product is required before approval.  

  • This applies only to defects or wrong shipments—not to sizing issues.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange
